Abstract:
Kambowa is a small underdescribed language spoken on the east coast of Buton Island in Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia. In this paper I provide a small amount of documentation concerning its sound system, word stock, and pronoun sets. I also touch on dialects and the relationship of Kambowa to Kioko.
